Robert Beauchamp

BEAUCHAMP, Robert Joseph "Beau"- Age 67, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, April 20, 2007 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at St. Mary Queen Of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek.  Rev. Fr. Amos Wischmeyer celebrant.  Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek from 1-4 and 6-9 PM Tuesday were a vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to Avalon Hospice.  Mr. Beauchamp was born June 6, 1939 in Flint, the son of Amos and Doris (Klein) Beauchamp.  He had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 10 years, coming from Flint.  He retired from G.M.S.P.O. in 1999 after 35 years of service.  He was a member of St. Mary Queen Of Angels Catholic Church and the "Best Dad In The World Club".  The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Avalon Hospice, especially to Maggie and Nicole.  Surviving are:  4 children, Gregg Beauchamp of Brooksville, FL, Robyn and husband Doug Whetstone, Brett Beauchamp, Bart and wife Tina Beauchamp all of Swartz Creek; 6 grandchildren, Sharyn, Brandyn, Brett, Brandi, Britni, Madisyn; sister, Loreen Nord of Flushing.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kevin Beauchamp; brother, Gerry Beauchamp.  Friends may share an online condolence or post a tribute at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
