Richine Helcher

HELCHER, Richine Maryann - Age 65, of Flint, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, November 10, 2017, at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Pastor Jonathon Chitwood officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held 4PM - 8PM Thursday and 11AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital or First Flint SDA Church School. Richine was born July 5, 1952 in Cheboygan, the daughter of the late Richard Elmer and Patsy Jean (Ranville) Nau. She married Harry Helcher in Flint on May 26, 1973. Richine graduated from St. Michael Catholic School in 1970 and retired from Genesys Heath System in 2012 with 41 years of service. Surviving are: husband Harry Helcher of Flint; son, Michael D. (Lisa) Helcher of Flint; daughter, Patricia Lynne (Timothy) Truett of Flint; 5 grandchildren, Hayley, Madison, Rider, Isabella, Hank; sister, Marilynn "Robin" (Robert) Heid of Flint; brothers, Richard (Katheryn) Ranville of Traverse City, Dennis Nau of Flint, Joseph (Christine) Nau of Flint, Wilbur "Chris" (Jamie) Nau of Flint. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the friends and co-workers at Genesys Hospital.
