MOOSE, Richard L.  Age 84, of Swartz Creek, Clayton Twp. Died Monday, November 14 at Bortz Health Care in Traverse City. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Fr. Lawrence Delaney celebrant. Burial will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery, Owosso. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Those desiring may make contributions to the Fenton Adopt-A-Pet.  Mr. Moose was born in Clio, MI March 6, 1921 to Harvey and Alma (Martin) Moose. He married Rosemary Crane on June 3, 1950 in Owosso, MI. He was a barber for 50 years in Grand Rapids and Flint owing his own shops. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church since 1951. Surviving are: nephew, Preston and wife, Colleen Moose of Lake Leelanau and their children, Dayna and Darren of Royal Oak; sister, Margaret Brenner and her daughter Merrilee Brindamour of Northville; his dog, Buddy; special friends, Jeri Hamill of Corunna, Mary Davis of Flint, and Lorraine Braid of Corunna. Mr. Moose was preceded in death by: his wife, Rosemary in 1981; his parents, Harvey and Alma Moose; his brothers, Harold and Douglas; sisters, Bernice and Mildred.
