Richard Amos LASER

LASER, Richard Amos, age 94, of Durand, Died Sunday January 29, 2012 at Nathan's Place of Swartz Creek. Funeral services will be held 4:00PM Wednesday February 1, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Rd. Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor David Wicker officiating. Visitation will be held 2:00PM until time of service. Richard was born July 28, 1917 in Hillsdale MI, the son of the late Leslie Clyde and Leah (Knee) Laser. Mr. Laser enjoyed woodworking and farming, he sold eggs at the Flint farmers market for many years and delivered flowers for Lasers Garden Shop of Durand. Surviving: niece's Martha (Ed) Ford of Swartz Creek, Ginger Laser of CO, Sue Laser of CO, Heather Ayers of WY; Nephew David Schmidt of Suttons Bay; several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Richard is also preceded in death by, sister Clara Lou Schmidt and brother Ralph Laser. The family would like to extend a sincere thank-you to the staff of Nathan's House for their kindness and care.
