JOHNSON, Richard - age 64, of Flint, died Friday, November 14, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Services will be held 12:30PM Friday, November 20, 2009 at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society. Mr. Johnson was born August 3, 1945 in Flint, the son of the late William B. and Ida R. (Sannes) Johnson. He enjoyed building radios and electronics. He was a veteran in the US Army during Vietnam earning 2 Purple Hearts. Surviving are: brother, Leo (Gloria) Johnson of Swartz Creek; sister, Norma (Tom) Campbell of Flushing; neice, Jill (Bruce) Scharfenberg of Hancock; nephews, Bruce Johnson of Madison Heights, Bryon Johnson of Flushing, Craig Campbell of NY.
