Surviving are: wife, Lisa; children, Jamie and Jennifer Jaseck, Christopher (Destry) Baldwin, Katie White, Kelly (Tim) Takach; parents, Patricia and James Jaseck; sister, Laurie Jaseck; brother, Keith Lee; in-laws, Richard and Mary Swain, Sadie and Norman Wallace, Howard and Barbara Packard; many extended family members.
