HOMENT, Richard Joseph - age 73, of Linden, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, May 17, 2014 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. Dwight Ezop celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery in Howell. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a rosary will be prayed at 6 PM. Contributions may be made to Lymphoma Research Foundation, 115 Broadway, Suite 1301, New York, NY 10212-0515. Mr. Homent was born February 1, 1941 in Detroit, the son of Joseph Hedwig (Milewski) Homent. Surviving are: wife, Flo Homent of Linden; three daughters, Wendy (Dave) Maxheimer, Holly (Mark) Feetham, Randie (Brian) Kelley; six grandchildren, Madison, Grant, Emily, Garrett, Maggie, Carson.
