Richard Deneen

DENEEN, Richard Irwin- Age 82, of Swartz Creek, died Saturday July 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday July 9, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Dr. Gary R. Glanville, officiating. Visitation will be held 3PM-8PM Tuesday and 11AM until time of service Wednesday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Carriage Town Ministries. Richard was born July 9, 1932 in Caro, Michigan, the son of the late Gerald and Charlotte (Hyde) Deneen. Richard married Jane Deneen and she preceded him in death on May 6, 1994. Mr. Deneen proudly served his country in the Army. He retired from AC Spark Plug as a tool and die maker for 42 years. Surviving are: wife, Evelyn Deneen of Swartz Creek; children, Keith (Tammy) Deneen of FL, Paula (John) Guzak of WY, Ron (Brenda) Woodward of Montrose, William (Linda) Urchike of New Lothrop; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother, Bob (Linda) Deneen of Traverse City and many friends.
