Reva Irwin

IRWIN, Reva W. - Age 88, of Flint, died Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Irwin was born in Advance, Missouri on November 17, 1918. She had been a resident of the Flint area since 1925. She and Charles Irwin were married in Flint in 1940 and he preceded her in death February 20, 2006. Mrs. Irwin was a former member of Dimond United Methodist Church. She had been a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are 3 grandchildren, Michael Irwin and wife Sandy of Flint, Jeffrey Irwin of Royal Oak, Jeaneen Dowd of Clio; several great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; 2 nieces; 2 daughters-in-law, Cathy Robinson and Connie Irwin. Mrs. Irwin was also preceded in death by her son, Loney in 1997. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Pat Stybert officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Monday, and 12-8PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
