SHEPPARD, Reo J. - Age 87, of Flint, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Crestmont Healthcare Center in Fenton. Services will be held 12 PM Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Atherton United Methodist Church, 4010 Lippincott Blvd., Burton with Pastor Bruce Billings officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Atherton United Methodist Church Tape Ministry. Mr. Sheppard was born April 22, 1921 in East Jordan, Michigan the son of Carl and Florence (Hollinshead) Sheppard. He was married to Katherine Ruth who preceded him in death. Mr. Sheppard served in the US Army. He was also a member of Atherton United Methodist Church. Surviving are 2 sisters, Janice (Vern) Balcom of Lapeer and Beverly Petty of TX; brother, Lester (Katherine) Sheppard of AK; special friend, Movina Dorris.
