SMITH, Renee Germaine - age 63 of Mayville, died Sunday, July 15, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held from 4-9 PM Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Renee Smith Memorial Fund. Ms. Smith was born January 9, 1949 in Flint, the daughter of Edward and Emily (Schwartz) Olsen. She had resided in Mayville for the last 3 years, coming from Swartz Creek. She worked as a buyer for General Motors. She is survived by 2 children, Mike and Renee Smith of Flint and Lisa Walli of Grand Rapids; 5 grandchildren, Josh, Jeremy, Nick, Payton and Reese; companion, Alfred Schreur of Mayville.
