Raymond Snyder

SNYDER, Raymond Wesley- Age 92, of Fenton, died Saturday, February 14, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden, with Rev. Don Neuville officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-7 PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. Raymond was born December 24, 1922 in Paragould, Arkansas, the son of Robert and Cora (Bledsoe) Snyder and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired from General Motors in 1985. He is survived by his granddaughter, Courtney Sutherby of Texas; nephews, Eunie (Katie) Smith, Jackie (Martha) Worley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Cora Mae Sutherby; sisters, Lillie Mae Smith, Mabel Worley and Loretta Hayes; nephew, Joe Worley.
