LONG Sr., Raymond F, age 73, a resident of Flint, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at Briarwood Manor.   He was born on October 7, 1931 in Flint the son of Charles H. and Jessie  (Wray) Long.  He was a lifelong resident of the Flint area. Raymond was known by many as The Paper Man, having been a Flint Journal route carrier for 16 ï¿Â½,« years, retiring in January of 1999.  After his retirement, he gained enjoyment by fishing with his son and grandson. Surviving are his daughters, Geraldine Geri Long of Flint, Tracy Walton of Flint; his sons, Donald Long of Beaverton and Raymond Long, Jr. of Linden. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a brother, Gerald Long and wife Lillian of Florida.  He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be 11:00 P.M. Friday, May 13, 2005 at the Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (Just South of Center Rd.)  Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell will officiate and burial will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3 to 9 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
