Ramona was born January 1, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of William Octa and Naomi Margaret (Williams) Bailey. She married John Charles Wenn in Fenton on August 24, 1957. Ramona graduated from Mandeville High School in 1956. She was employed in Retail Sales with Lane Bryant for 21 years, retiring in 1997. Ramona was a past member of the Taymouth Twp. Historical Society. She enjoyed traveling to Michigan's U.P.

Ramona is survived by: her children, John Wenn; Connie (James) Miller, and Karla Clauser; grandchildren, Alan Wagner, Jarod McDonnell, Sarah Miller, Jim Miller, Adam Miller; great grandchildren, Alexis Miller, Clifford Miller, Alice Welsh; brother, Myron Bailey; sister, Esther Chalfant; several nieces and nephews.
