Phyllis Churchill

CHURCHILL, Phyllis M. - age 94, of Linden, died Sunday, December 3, 2017. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Loose Senior Citizens Center, 707 N. Bridge St., Linden. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in her name to a charity of their choice. Phyllis was born September 28, 1923 in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of Cornelius Jacob and Edna Harrison (Sanders) White. She was a veteran of World War II serving in the Woman's Army Corp. Phyllis was a member of the Tawas Area Presbyterian Church. Surviving are: four children, Diane Churchill and husband, David Labaree of California, Alan Churchill and wife, Joyce of Linden, Gary Churchill and wife, Vivian of Waterford, Pam Dirkse and husband, Dave of Grand Ledge; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Donald Churchill on June 15, 2004; infant daughter, Nancy; and two brothers, Walter White and Edward White.
