NIMMO, Philip Ellis, Jr. Â age 92, of Fenton, died Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI. Graveside services will be held 2:30 PM Saturday, February 12, 2005 at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Ocala, FL. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Juvenile Diabetes Association. Mr. Nimmo was born September 29, 1912 in Houston, TX, the son of Philip Ellis and Mabel (Crowell) Nimmo. He married Leona Catherine Dymond on January 6, 1934 in New Jersey and she preceded him in death on September 30, 2000. Mr. Nimmo retired from Sun Chemical in 1974 as an Engineer. Surviving are: son, Philip E. Nimmo III and wife, Loretta of Fenton; daughter, Bonnie Nimmo of Flint; three grandchildren, Laura J. and husband, Victor Totis, Philip E. Nimmo IV and wife, Michelle, Paul Nimmo and wife, Amy; five great-grandchildren, Philip E. Nimmo V, Marina Nimmo, Eric Nimmo, Nicholas Nimmo, and Nora Nimmo; sister, Jean Moser of Bellville, FL; sister-in-law, Eleanor Nimmo of Hurlock, MD; many nieces and nephews.
