Peter Klepi Jr.

KLEPI Peter Paul Jr. - Age 91, of Lennon, died July 30, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday August 2, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd. Swartz Creek. Chaplain Jerry Larkin officiating. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Peter was born April 7, 1926 in Fairview, Indiana the son of the late Peter Paul and Mary Delene (Barnes) Klepi Sr. He married Joan A. Borst on August 6, 1949 in Angola, Indiana she preceded him in death in 2005. Mr. Klepi proudly served his county in the Army during WWII. He retired from the General Motors SPO, Swartz Creek with 42 years of service and was a member of the UAW Local 659. Peter enjoyed feeding and bird watching, fishing and gardening. Surviving are: daughter, Dianne (Will) Emery of Durand; son, Thomas (Ann Marie) Klepi of Manchester, MI; grandchildren, Theresa (Aaron) Esterline, Melissa Guernsey-Finnagan, Robert (Dana) Klepi, Mary Jane Kelley, Sarah, Brian (Laura) Klepi; 11 great grandchildren; sister-in-laws; Marge Warren of LaChine, MI and Pat Borst of Lennon.
