Penny Dougherty

DOUGHERTY, Penny Lee - age 71, of Fenton, died April 19, 2022. Private Services will be held at a later date. Penny was born January 27, 1951 in Pontiac, the daughter of Benjamin and Lula Belle (Jennings) Norris and attended Clarkston High School. She married Bernard Anthony Dougherty and he preceded her in death on July 27, 2013. Penny had worked for the F.B.I., General Motors and the Detroit Free Press. Surviving are: two brothers, Lou (Mary) Norris of Minneapolis, MN and Don (Carol) Norris  of Houston, TX; niece, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, including special nieces and nephew; Stefanie Roberts, Jason Roberts, and Stacy (Andre) Fairbanks and their children, Ryland and Averi Fairbanks.
