Peggy Roberts

ROBERTS, Peggy Lou - Age 70, of Fenton, died Saturday, May 12, 2018. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Jim Combs officiating. A private family burial will take place at Hillview Cemetery, Clarkston. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 5-8 PM and Tuesday from 3-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Road, Fenton, MI 48430. Peggy was born December 26, 1947 in Pontiac, the daughter of Benjamin and Lula Belle (Jennings) Norris. She was a 1966 graduate of Clarkston High School. She married Robert Stephen Roberts March 4, 1968 in Waterford. Peggy had resided in Fenton since 1976 coming from Clarkston. She was a member of the River Church. She was a loving wife of 50 years, caring mother, and devoted grandmother to her two grandchildren. Surviving are: her husband, Robert; children, Stefanie Roberts of Fenton, Stacy and husband Andre Fairbanks of Fenton, and Jason Roberts of Fenton; grandchildren, Ryland and Averi Fairbanks; siblings, Lou and wife Mary Norris of Minneapolis, MN, Don and wife Carol Norris of Houston, TX, and Penny Dougherty of Fenton; and nieces and nephews.
