Peggy Susan Peters

Peters, Peggy Susan - Age 73, of Durand, died August 27, 2024. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday August 30, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Interment in Fremont Cemetery, Bancroft. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Thursday August 29; and 10 AM until the time of the funeral at 11 AM on Friday August 30. IN lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to a fund for Peggy's grandchildren's education (payable to Charles Peters). 

Peggy was born August 23, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of James Oliver Cromwell and Dorothy Mae (Bishop) Cromwell. She had worked for Faith Tabernacle Church for 17 years. She enjoyed volunteering at her children and grandchildren's school. She was an active member and volunteer at Life in Christ Church in Owosso. 

Surviving are: husband Charles Peters; three daughters , Tracy (Scott) Meyer, Jennifer (Todd) Cooper, Sara (Nick) Stout; grandchildren, Sean (Brittany) Meyer, Courtney (Brandon) Bush, Isabelle Cooper, Gage Wolverton, Lucy Stout; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Luke, Easton, Roman, and Dawson; siblings, Carol (Don) McClain, John (Michelle) Cromwell, Robin (Don) Haselhuhn; sister-in-law, Sue Cromwell; many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her brother James Cromwell, Jr; and parents, James and Dorothy Cromwell.
