JOHNSON, Peggy Joyce - Age 74, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday April 12, 2018. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, April 19,2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Dale Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11AM until time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Peggy was born in Paragould, AR the daughter of the late Paul Edward and Stella Marie (Wood) Garrett. Mrs. Johnson retired from Macy's as a hostess with 30 years of service. Peggy was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed, golf, bowling and dancing. Surviving are: daughter, Yalanda (Kirk) Young of Swartz Creek; grandson, James Garrett (Jessica Marie) Potter of Flushing; great grandchildren, James Luke Potter, Lana Marie Potter; several nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends.
