FOLEY, Pauline Marie Francis (Allen-Foley) - Fenton native, age 84, died July 19, 2017. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3300 S. Fenton Road, Holly, MI 48442, with Mike Zapinski officiating. Visitation will be held at the Kingdom Hall from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Burial will be at the Olive Branch Cemetery in Holly at an alternate date. Pauline was born in Flint on October 16, 1932, the daughter of Flint labor union organizer Everett Francis and Jessie Marie Pressler, who was a Fenton Community Center volunteer. Pauline's brother Lee R. Francis and her parents, all preceded her in death. Pauline married the late B.V. Allen in 1951. In 1969 she married Leo Foley, who preceded her in death in 1978. Pauline was a secretary for Fenton Schools from 1960-1993. A published poet, her past interests included Alumni (Class of 1950), Hospice, and Fenton Museum. Pauline was one of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 50 years. Surviving are: sons, Randall (Sherry) Allen and Gary (Mary) Allen; grandchildren, Derek Allen, Elaina (David) Lewis, Jon (Angie) Foley, Erin (Adam) Turner, and Lauren Foley; great granddaughters, Stella and Peggy; nephew, Steve (Michele) Francis; nephew-in-law, Larry Greiner; grandnieces, Susan, Emma, and Sarah; longtime family friend, Dale Thomas. She was also preceded in death by: niece, Carol Greiner. Pauline bids you a "safe journey until we meet again in the resurrection".
