Pauline FERRIS

FERRIS, Pauline (nee Leneschmidt) -- Age 89, of Owosso, died September 19, 2010 at Oliver Woods Retirement Village in Owosso. Cremation has taken place. At Pauline's request no viewing or services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to the charity of choice. Pauline was born February 21, 1921 in Lennon the daughter of John and Christina (Hardt) Leneschmidt. She married Paul Ferris in 1962 and together they owned Ferris Bros Furs and Clothing in Owosso. She was a legal secretary for Milton Schancupp and also worked at MidWest Machine until her retirement. She loved to paint and was active in the Paint and Palette Club. She was a special aunt to Lynne (Fred) Wells, Sharon Granger, Brenda Chamberlin, Don (Delores) Leneschmidt, Christine and William Lietzau, and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her seven brothers and two sisters; and her husband Paul. We appreciate the kindness of the staff at Oliver Woods Memory Care Unit, especially Erika and Janet, also Heartland Hospice and Char and Bridgett.
