BEASLEY, Pauline, age 84, of Crystal River, Florida, formerly of Flint Twp., passed away Monday, June 14, 2010 in Florida. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Marv Gerbig officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Citrus County. Pauline was born May 21, 1926 in Blytheville, Arkansas the daughter of the late Edgar Muir and Artie May Snyder. She married Novel Ireland Beasley in Flint on December 1, 1956 and he preceded her in death on September 5, 2004. Pauline enjoyed fishing with her husband and loved spending time in her garden. She grew enough vegetables to feed her family and friends, and nurtured flowers to bloom to their fullest. Her family was most important to her. She cared lovingly for them, she was giving and forgiving, and a wonderful example for others to follow. Surviving are her two sons, Mike Ross (Debbie) of Crystal River, FL, Jim Beasley (Bibi Troupe) of Holly; five grandchildren, Holly Beasley, Brad Ross (Kay Ferguson and daughter, Samantha), Tim Ross (Dana), Jason Peterson (Kari), Courtney Fernholz (Barry); two great-grandchildren, Mason and Brody; and her beloved dog, Dolly.
