Paula Little-Hartman

Little-Hartman , Paula Kay (Bowles) - Age 68, of Linden, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, September 28 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance or American Brain Tumor Association. Paula Kay was born November 1, 1947 in Durand, the daughter of Eldred M. and Thelma L. (Simon) Bowles. She was a graduate of Linden High School and Western Michigan University. Paula taught special education in Milford before hiring into AC. She retired from AC/Delphi in 2006 with 30 years of service. She volunteered her time with the United Way and Old Newsboys for many years. She married Bruce Hartman on November 14, 2005. She was a member of the Linden Presbyterian Church. Paula enjoyed nature, history, music, travel and her dogs. She loved life and her family. Surviving are: husband, Bruce Hartman; two children, Heather Marie Little of Fenton; Jonathon Jason "JJ" (Michele) Little of Swartz Creek; two stepchildren, Ian (Jessica) Hartman of Grand Blanc, Maegan (John) Weller of Howell; grandchildren, Vivian Little, Jacob and Aiden Hartman, Elaina and Emilia Weller; siblings Elaine Sharp of Swartz Creek, Thomas (Tina) Bowles of Columbiaville, Karen (Larry) Gilliam of Florida; many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
