Paula Backus

BACKUS, Paula Eva (McNally) - Age 70, of Fenton, died Friday, April 3, 2015. A service of remembrance will be held 5:00 PM Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 4:00 PM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Diabetes Association. Paula was born January 19, 1945 in Flint the daughter of Theron R. and Blanche S. (Starr) McNally. She had resided in the Flint area her entire life. She had been employed by GM and Magna Corporation. Paula was a proud member of U.A.W. Local 599 and 581. Surviving are: 4 children, Anthony Ketchmark of Davison, Tina Ketchmark of Swartz Creek, Patricia Thomas of Swartz Creek, and Bridget Wiederwach of Swartz Creek; 4 grandchildren, David, Courtney, Terrance, and Nicholas; sister, Monica McNally of Swartz Creek; brother, John and wife Joy McNally of Texas; sister-in-law, Sherry McNally of Mt. Morris; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Thomas, Gregory, and Timothy.
