Paul Vogeleisen

VOGELEISEN, Paul Joseph -- Age 54, of Lapeer, died Thursday, December 22, 2016. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Tuesday, December 27 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment to follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday and 11AM until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Lapeer Apostolic Church. Paul was born February 10, 1962 in Flint, the son of Henry Joseph and Paula Alegra (Doherty) Vogeleisen. Paul was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He loved the Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers, and all sports. He loved his mom she was his #1 girl. He is survived by his mother, Paula Vogeleisen; sisters, Nancy (Jerry) Shelton, Pamela (David) Patterson, Chris (Ron) Hemenway, Leah (Kevin) Knowlton; best friend, Boyd Stanley; many nieces and nephews.
