VINYARD, Paul Edgar - Age 96, of Linden, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Those desiring may make contributions to AMVETS, 4647 Forbes Blvd., Lanham, MD 20706. Paul was born April 17, 1913 in Kennet, MO, the son of John and Marinda (Wells) Vinyard. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in WWII. Mr. Vinyard retired from Chevrolet Manufacturing in 1976. Surviving are: wife, Arlene; sister, Jo Vinyard; daughters, Sandra Geisert (Fred Jirous), Deborah (Mark) Gregory, Dianne Hanna; grandchildren, Michael (Carrie) Geisert, Christopher (QinQin) Geisert, Mark, Mina and Noelle Hanna, Stephen (Jessica) Gregory, Nicholas Gregory; three great-grandchildren, Elliot, Hayden and Oliver Geisert.
