EDWARDS, Patsy Lou - Age 76, of Swartz Creek, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 19, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 24, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Lawrence Gill officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday, and 10 AM until the time of service Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Autism Support and Resource Center of Genesee County. Patsy was born November 27, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of James W. and Veneda Marie (Thorne) Stephens. She married Carol Dean Edwards on December 8, 1956; and he preceded her in death January 27, 1992. She was very very dedicated to her family. Patsy is survived by her children, Charles (Lydia) Edwards of Georgia, Robin (Jimmy) Wheaton of Quincy, MI, Brian (Robbin) Edwards of Oscoda, twins, Amanda (Tom) Bennett of Gaines and Steven Edwards of Flint; grandchildren, Charles Jr., David, Kelly, Christopher, Meghan, Austin, Charles and Logan; brother, James Stephens; nieces, nephews and special friends Janelle Weaver and Jackie. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Charles Romines; sister, Glenda Harper; mother-in-law, Doris and father-in-law, Clarence Warskow; daughter-in-law, Terri Edwards.
