Patrick Mcglinchey

Patrick E. McGlinchey, age 62, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022. Sharp Funeral Home is assisting the family, private services will be held. He was born on November 16, 1959 in Flint to the late Charles (Roselinde) McGlinchey. Patrick graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1979. He continued his educated at the University of Michigan where he received a Bachelor's degree in business. He was employed with the Commission of the Blind for many years where he held ownership of various restaurants. Patrick's love in life was music, during his lifetime he collected  many vinyl records. His favorite band was The Beatles. Patrick will always be remembered for being kind and loving uncle. His family will miss his down to earth character and dry sense of humor.

Patrick is survived by his son; Calvin (Nikki) McGlinchey; his five siblings, Wayne (Candy) McGlinchey, Carmel McGlinchey, Cecilia (Rob) Roiter, Chuck (Jackie) McGlinchey and Kathleen (Bill) Samida. He is further survived by his many dear nieces, nephews and two grandchildren.  Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Charles (Roselinde) McGlinchey.
