Patricia Landskroener

LANDSKROENER, Patricia- Of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, May 7, 2006 at Brian's House.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, May 11, 2006 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek.  Fr. Amos Wischmeyer celebrant.  Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes; Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek from 6-9 PM Tuesday, 1-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday.  A Vigil service will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Patricia Landskroener Memorial Fund.  Mrs. Landskroener was born in Flint, the daughter of Roy and Agnes (O'Neill) McDermaid.  She was a graduate of St. Michael Catholic High School and attended Mott Community College.  She married Thomas Landskroener June 27, 1959 and he preceded her in death March 20, 2001.  She had been employed as a realtor and currently she was employed by Swartz Creek Community Schools. She had also worked for Ketzer's Florist and Sharp Funeral Homes. She had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 30 years.  She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and attended St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church.  She was an avid reader and loved to golf, ice skate, play cards and play games.  Surviving are:  4 children, Theresa and husband Jeff Storms of Swartz Creek, Doug Landskroener (special friend Dee Jerome) of Fairborn,Ohio, Anne Marie Hodge of Flint, Camilla Landskroener of Swartz Creek; 4 grandchildren, Gabriel and Nathaniel Hodge, Evan Michael Landskroener, Stephanie Bloss; 2 sisters, Joanne Puro, Fran and husband Ron Read; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Jim Bond of Swartz Creek.  She was also preceded in death by her parents.  The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the caregivers at Brian's House in Davison.  Friends may share an online condolence or post a tribute at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
