Patricia Ann Buchanan

BUCHANAN, Patricia Ann (Ross) - Age 73, of Linden, passed away March 3, 2024. A memorial service will be held 1PM Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. The family will receive friends from 12PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in Patricia's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Patricia was born May 30, 1950 in Bluefield, WV the daughter of Thomas E. and Maggie Bee (Thompson) Ross. Patricia had been involved in the Detroit Rebuild Project and served as President of the Block Club. She was an avid gardener and caregiver. She is survived by her daughters, Dia (Terry) Buchanan-Martin and Luciana Buchanan; grandchildren, Elle Buchanan and David Broughton; sisters, Almetre Rodriguez and Carolyn Freeman; a host of nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Vivian Buchanan, Kittye Buchanan, Lee Heard and Edna Thompson; brother-in-law, Michael Buchanan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry G. Buchanan and her siblings. Special thanks to the McLaren Hospice Team.
