BOLINGER, Pastor Keith - Age 70, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, October 9, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 6PM Monday, October 14, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 MillerRoad, Swartz Creek. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery,St. Louis, MO at a later date. Visitation will be held 5:00 pm until time of service on Monday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial contributions to Victory Worship Center. Keith was born June 3, 1949 in Salem, IL, the son of Kenneth Edward and Jewell (Miller) Bolinger. He married Karen Verret on July 27, 1991 in Louisa, Louisiana. Keith proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Turkey and Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He retired from G.M. Buick City with 30 years of service. Keith was a member of U.A.W. Local 598 and an avid Detroit Tigers Fan. Keith along with his wife Karen are the founding pastors of Victory Worship Center where he passionately served this loving congregation for the past 23 years. Surviving are: wife, Karen of Swartz Creek; siblings, Ruth (Larry) Burke of IL, Charles (Judy) Bolinger of MI, Steve (Sally) Bolinger of MI, Bobby (Carol) Bolinger of IL, Neil (Kathy) Bolinger of IN, Bruce (Freda) Bolinger of OH, Kenneth (Tanya) Bolinger of TN, Becky (Steve) Sullivan of IL, Dwayne (Nancy) Bolinger of IA; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth E. and Jewell Bolinger and brother, Stan Bolinger. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
