Pamela J. REEVES

REEVES, Pamela Goodman - died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at the age of 54. She was a graduate of Grand Blanc High School class of '73 and Grand Valley State University. She was the "Country Doc" at Crossroads Village, served as EMT for Fenton Ambulance Service, was Human Resources Director at Michigan Machine & Engineering for 17 years, Office Administrator at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fenton for the past 7 years and Music Director at Linden Presbyterian Church for over 20 years. She was a singer, voice teacher, songwriter, and line dance instructor. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret and her husband Edd Reeves. Her musical talents, administrative competence, and blunt humor will be sorely missed. She is survived by her father, Gerald Goodman of Grand Blanc, MI, her sister Penny Helms of Mt. Morris, and her sister Linda Goodman of NH, 3 nephews and 1 niece. Services will be held 3 PM Friday, May 29, 2009 at the Grand Blanc United Methodist Church, 515 Bush Ave., Grand Blanc with Rev. Parker Smith and Rev. Dean Dumbrille officiating. The family will receive friends 2 PM Friday until time of service at church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Following the interment a luncheon will be served at the church. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Wednesday and 2-4 and 6-9 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Linden Presbyterian Church, Trinity Lutheran Church or Grand Blanc United Methodist Church.
