Pamela Fourney

Pamela "Pam" Ann Fourney (McKone) went home to be with the Lord on November 19, 2016 at the age of 66. Pam is survived by her husband, William "Bill" R. Fourney; father, Lyle L. McKone; siblings, Kelly L. McKone and wife Kay, Melissa J. Monroe (McKone) and husband Mark; step-son, Willam Fourney Jr.; three nephews, Adam K. McKone and wife Christina, Andrew L. McKone and wife Kara, Lane M. Maness; two nieces, Amy K. Bartley (McKone) and husband Kevin, Jordyn J. Haller; several great nephews and nieces; close family and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice M. Diffin (Huey); father-in-law and mother-in-law, William F. Fourney and Kathleen Fourney (Campbell). Pam was born on August 27, 1950 in Owosso, Michigan to Lyle L. McKone and Beatrice M. Diffin (Huey). She graduated from Corunna High School in 1968 and became a cosmetologist the following year. After many years as a hairdresser, she went on to utilize her talent and passion for cooking and baking to become owner and operator of Annie's Kitchen in Durand, Michigan. She married Bill R. Fourney on May 25, 1996 and together they made their home in Swartz Creek, Michigan with many beloved animals. They also operated a concession food trailer at auctions and many other events throughout the years. Pam was passionate about the Lord and shared her faith with everyone around her. She was an active and dedicated member of Miracle City Ministries of Swartz Creek, Michigan. Her family remembers her as a loving person who maintained involvement in all of their lives through her kind and thoughtful ways. A Christian memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday November 29 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 11 AM until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Reception to follow at Miracle City Ministries, 4380 Grand Blanc Rd., Swartz Creek, All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pam's life.
