DAOUST, Pamela Mary - Age 96, of Fenton, died Monday, September 26, 2016. Funeral Mass will be 11 AM Friday September 30, 2016, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton; and 10 AM until time of mass at the church on Friday. A scripture service will be held 7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the church. Pamela was born September 8, 1920 in Bay City, the daughter of Albert Joseph and Mabel Frances (Bragg) Perior. She was a teacher and counselor for the Detroit Public Schools for 38 years, retiring in 1979. She has lived in Fenton since 1980 coming from Detroit. Pamela was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church where she was very active; she was a Eucharistic Minister and a Lector. She was also active in R.C.I.A.. Pamela volunteered at Crestmont Nursing Care Center and was a member of the Dominican Sisters of Marywood, Grand Rapids. She was a world traveler and had been to every country in the world! Surviving are: 5 step grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren; brother, Albert (Delores) Perior of Ventura, CA; nephew, Gannon; nieces, Jonnell.
