Opal M. Reasor

REASOR, Opal M.- Age 92, of Flint, died Sunday, April 13, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, April 17, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Larry Burk officiating. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 12-3 and 6-9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Leukemia Foundation. Opal was born September 22, 1915 in Knoble, Arkansas the daughter of Mack and Myrtle (Phipps) Galyean. She married Branson Reasor in Flint and he preceded her in death in 1985. She had been a resident of Flint since 1929. OPal was a Beautician, a member of Fenton Road Baptist Church and very involved with Carmen Ainsworth Senior Citizens Center. Surviving are son, Daniel Reasor of Florida; 2 granddaughters, Lori and Kali; brother, Ty and wife Sharon Clarkson of Swartz Creek; sister, Royce and husband Donald Myers of Fostoria; several nieces and nephews.
