Olga Lillian Herod

HEROD, Olga Lillian  age 86, of Lennon, died Friday, January 14, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, January 17, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 118 E. Lord St., Gaines with Sister Ann Marie Petri officiating. Interment will be held at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Ms. Herod was born May 17, 1918 in Michigan. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gaines and was well known for her delicious zucchini bread that she made and shared with many friends. Surviving are: brother, Frederick C. Herod of FL; three nephews, Donald Herod and wife, Joyce of CO, Dareld Herod and wife, Doreen of SC, Robert Herod; sister-in-law, Betty Herod; many great nieces and nephews.
