O. Pauline Hall

HALL, O. Pauline- Age 93, of Owosso formerly of Flint, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Durand Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center.  Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, February 28, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek.  Dr. Douglas F. Hall officiating.  Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until time of service Thursday.  In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to D.A.V.  Pauline was born September 17, 1914 in Alanson, the daughter of William A. and Clara L. (Mudford) Odykirk.  She married Francis Edward Hall May 2, 1931 in Flint and he preceded her in death December 21, 2000.  She had resided in Owosso since 1998 coming from Flint.  Pauline enjoyed baby sitting, needlepoint, reading and being invovled when her church sent letters and packages to the Armed Forces.  She raised a family of 5 children, Dr. Douglas F. Hall and wife Shirley of Republic, Dale E. Hall and wife Barbara of Owosso, Judy L. Case and husband Robert of Bancroft, Jan L. Brady of Swartz Creek, Ernest P. Hall and special friend Geraldine Kiesling of Lennon; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; 4 step great-great grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Steven Hall; 3 brothers; 5 sisters.  Online condolences and tributes may be posted on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
