Nytra L. McCoy

McCOY, Nytra Lavaughn - Age 72, of Linden, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. 

Nytra was born December 1, 1951 in Pikeville, KY, the daughter of William Homer and Sadie (Herald) McCoy. She was a 1969 graduate of Fenton High School. She had resided in the Fenton area her entire life. She retired as an Administrator at Hurley Hospital after 33 years of service. She enjoyed gardening and shopping. 

Surviving are: her son, Michael McCoy of Linden; grandson, Nathan McCoy of Linden; brothers, Hearld Reese (Kathy) McCoy of Mt. Morris and Danny McCoy of Genesee Township; and nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sadie McCoy; brother, William McCoy; and sisters, Lena Robinson, Kathleen Eldridge and Cheryl Pender. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
