Norman Thomas BOWDEN

BOWDEN, Norman Thomas -- Age 88, died Sunday, January 1, 2012. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, January 7, 2011 Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 1-4 PM Friday at the funeral home. Norman was born September 30, 1924 in Flint the son of William and Rhoda Bowden. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired from Buick Motor Division with 40 years of service. He was a member of the F. & A.M. Surviving are: wife Louise C. "Chris"; two children, Janice Hendrix of Gaines, Thomas and wife Katherine "Missy" Bowden of Tucson AZ; five grandchildren, Nathan, Tara, Emily, Juliana, and Gillian; two great-grandchildren Jason and Adam; brother Arthur Bowden of California; sister Ilene McComb of Flint; several nieces and nephews.
