SAMUELSON, Norma Aletha -- Age 89, of Flint died, April 28, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday May 2 at Maranatha Baptist Church, 3408 Miller Rd., Flint. Pastor Donald Albright Jr. officiating. Interment at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 2-9 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek and 10 AM until time of service at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Maranatha Baptist Church. Norma was born October 11, 1925 in Brant MI. the daughter of Norman and Edith (McFarland) Allen. She married Arthur Samuelson Jr. December 11, 1949 in Chesaning he preceded her in death April 30, 2000. She graduated from Merrill High School. Norma resided in Flint most of her life. She was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 daughters, Karen (Clarence)Turner of Flushing, Joni Samuelson of Mt Morris; sister, Georgia Coon of Chesaning; sister-in- law, Mona Jean Allen of Chesaning; grandchildren, Mark (Audra) Turner, Jonathan Turner, Jason Turner; great grandchildren, Tyler (Emily), Alicia, Tiffany, Alex, Jordan, Faith.
