RYNEK, Â Norma Jean(Isaac) , age 69, died Saturday December 23, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Â Mrs. Rynek was born in Flint on May 26, 1937 a daughter of Erwin and Emily (Stillwell) Banks. Â She has been a Flint area resident all of her life. Â She and Edward Isaac were married in 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1985. Â In 1992 she married Donald Rynek and he preceded her in death, April of this year. Â She had co-owned and operated the Suburban Shop in Flushing for a number of years. Â Mrs. Rynek was a long time member of St. George Orthodox Church where she held many executive positions in the in the Ladies Auxiliary. Â She also sang in the church choir. Â Mrs. Rynek was a loving, caring person, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a good friend to all that knew her. Surviving are her four children, Edward Isaac and wife Jamie, Deborah Isaac, Daniel Isaac along with Sherri Caruso and Andrew Isaac and wife Glenda. Â Further survivors include her 9 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter and a sister Marion Gardiner, Sisters-in-law Mary Joe Banks, Daisy Isaac and brother-in-law Geroge Isaac. Â In addition to her husbands, she was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Arnold Banks and a sister, rosalie Etherington. A funeral service will be 10 A.M. Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at St. George Orthodox 5191 Lennon Rd. Fr. Joseph Abud officiating. Â Burial will follow at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Â Mrs. Rynek will lie in state at the Church on Tuesday from 12 noon to 9:00 P.M. Â A Trisagion (prayer service) will take place at 7:00 P.M.
