Norma Jean Johnston

JOHNSTON, Norma Jean - Age 100, of Swartz Creek, passed away Friday, July 21, 2023. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Home, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (A live stream of the service will be available on Norma's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com), Chaplain Wally Rose officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Norma was born December 11, 1922 in Monongahela, PA. She married Albert S. Johnston August 22, 1942 and he preceded her in death May 22, 1983. She had resided in the Flint/Swartz Creek area for 80 years. She retired from General Motors, AC Spark Plug as a Inspector. Norma was a member of Glad Tiding Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God and was a former member of West Flint Church of God.  

Surviving are: her children, Sandra (John) Wilson of Ann Arbor and Al Johnston of Grand Blanc; grandsons, Andrew (Pencia) Truhan of Yukon, OK. and Christopher Truhan of Ann Arbor.
