Norma Demorest

DEMOREST, Norma Jean - Age 83, of Howard, OH, formerly of Flint died October 21, 2015. A memorial service will be held 4PM Saturday October 31, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Private interment at Flushing Cemetery, Flushing. Visitation will be held 3PM until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to a charity of ones choice. Ms. Demorest was born July 4, 1932 in Flint, the daughter of Laverne and Lottie (Dart) Demorest. She taught in Mt Vernon and retired from Swartz Creek Public Schools. She and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma for many years. She loved to read, travel and enjoyed playing golf. Surviving are: two long time friends, Reva Robertson and Cleta Kidwell; many cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; baby sister, Charlotte.
