Norma Anderson

Anderson, Norma Joyce (Harwood) - Age 85, of  Linden, formerly of Fenton passed away March 15, 2022. Cremation Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Homes,  209 East Broad Street, Linden. Her urn will be placed in the columbarium at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly with her late husband, Walter.

Joyce was born March 16, 1936 in Flint, Michigan and was raised by her parents, Hugh and Fern Delight (Herrick ) Sharland.  Joyce married Walter Jay Anderson on November 8, 1957 and he preceded her in death July 26, 2016. She worked as a billing clerk at Rhino Computers. She had a great love for her family and loved spending time with them. Joyce was a member of a traveling acapella choir group and was talented at creating custom stained glass windows and lamps.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Lisa Anderson Engelhart (Tyler Amman) of Linden; her son, Erik (Hongyuk) Andersen of Arkansas; two grandchildren, Thor Andersen and Taeber Engelhart and her fiance, Nick Harrison; one great-granddaughter, Raelyn Harrison;  half sister, Cheri Harwood-Hardin; brother-in-law, Jim Goodrich; several special nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter; and sister, Sandra Goodrich.
