Noble Graves Sr.

GRAVES, Noble Ray Sr.-- Age 74, of Burton died April 13, 2015. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Friday, April 17 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Rev. Frank Yount officiating. Interment at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held 1PM - 6 PM Thursday and 11 AM until time of service on Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Noble was born April 29, 1940 in Portageville, Missouri the son of Leonard and Frances (Burton) Graves. He married Connie Sue Bacon in Corunna on April 26, 1969 she preceded him in death on August 6, 2014. Noble retired from GM as a Millwright in 2003. He was a Webelos leader for 5 years, and served as Assistant Scout Master and Scout Master for many years. He enjoyed wood working, coin collecting, and leather work. Surviving are 2 sons, Noble Ray Graves Jr. (Vicenta) of Montrose, Thomas Graves of Burton; siblings, Joe (Denise) Graves, Jimmy Graves, Betty (Richard) Martin, Dorothy (Don) Knowlton, Barbara Graves; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
