CRIST, Noah Leland  Bob  - Age 83, of Durand, formerly of Fenton, died Monday, October 31, 2005 at Memorial Health Care in Owosso. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Rd. Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd. Swartz Creek. Fr. Bosco Padamattummal celebrant. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 7-9PM Tuesday and 2-5 and 7-9 Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association. Bob was born February 19, 1922 in Browerville, MN, the son of Earl T. and Elsie M. (Key) Crist. He married Florence M. Gusinda on September 5, 1942 and she preceded him in death on January 19, 1977. Bob owned and operated Overhead Door Company in Flint and Lansing for 22 years, retiring in 1981. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard serving during World War II. He was a member of the Fenton Eagles Club, Fenton Moose Club and the Submarine Group. Surviving are: three children, David A. and wife Theresa Crist of Virginia, Daniel M. and wife Donna M.Crist of Oakley, Donna M. and husband Milton Terry of Perry; seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Ray Crist and wife Orpha of MN, Skeeter and husband Bob Peo of Oscoda, Bunny Nelson of MN ; many nieces and nephews.
