Nicki Joe Puckett

PUCKETT, Nicki Joe, age 58 of Grand Blanc, passed away peacefully at home on April 8, 2024. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Gathering will be held from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Nicki to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation (www.cjdfoundation.org).

Nicki was born on June 1, 1965 in Kennett, Missouri to Nathan L. and Vicki (Tate) Puckett. He graduated from Lake Fenton High School in 1984 and married Kathleen Maie Foy on May 23, 1992. Nicki worked at Adesa Flint and enjoyed auctions, flea markets, boating, water skiing, working on small motors and cars, hunting, collecting guns and rare coins and riding his Harley-Davidson.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; sons, Brian (Morgan) Puckett of Burton and Tyler (Katelyn) Puckett of Mt. Morris; grandson, Hudson Puckett;  sister, Vicki Jane (Kyrle) Fletcher; aunt, Judy Climer of Swartz Creek;  nieces, Jessica (Doug) Drouin of Grand Blanc and Melissa (Eric) Roberts of Tennessee;  nephew, Ryan (Becky) Fletcher of Flint;  great-niece, Kylie Fletcher;  great-nephews, Joseph Fletcher and Dominick Drouin; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Berdie Foy. A special thank you to cousins, Jeanette Abbey and Kelly (Buster) Rainwater.

Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by his mother; grandmother, Stella Tate; grandparents, John & Nellie Puckett; sister-in-law, Krissy Daum; and brother-in-law, Chuck Daum.
