Nicholas J. McNALLEN

McNALLEN, Nicholas J. - age 75, of Fenton, died May 25, 2011 at his home. A private memorial service will be held. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society or Multiple Myeloma Association. Nicholas was born July 19, 1935 in Detroit, to Nicholas and Mary (Rush) McNallen. He married Irene KoBylarz and she preceded him in death in 1986. He then married Barbara Ryba in Redford Township on February 12, 1988. Nicholas graduated from Western High School in Detroit. He served in the United States Army reserves (National Guard), was a mail carrier in Detroit and Highland Park area, and built a house on Runyan Lake in 1998. He resided in Fenton since 1967. Surviving are wife, Barbara; three children, Marie (Glen) Climo, Dan (Cindy) McNallen, Kathleen (Michael) LaGorio; three step-children, Michael Rybka, Richard Rybka, Laura DiMambro; four grandchildren; and four sisters. He was a brother in-law to several and uncle to many. He was preceded in death by his first wife Irene; his parents, and sister, Margaret.
